AllmyIT was founded in 2020 by Dave Chapman and his wife Sarah after Dave recognised a growing market of unrealistic pricing for services and unacceptable customer satisfaction and outcomes.

Through a retail and customer service background Dave identified a considerable double standard between expectations placed on retail workers and those placed on IT Support companies. Thus, AllmyIT was born with no help desks and ticket systems, relatively low overheads through a fully mobile service and a primary goal of customer satisfaction. We are literally here to help.
